The hotel is directly opposite the station, but you will need to take a toto (auto-rickshaw) because the road in front is blocked. Most of the hotels in this area are budget accommodations intended for business travelers or pilgrims who typically stay for just a couple of nights. If you are traveling with family and can hire a car for local transportation, I recommend staying in Bodh Gaya. There are better properties available there, often at similar or slightly higher prices.
We were downgraded from a super deluxe room to a deluxe room without prior notice or a refund. However, the next day, the staff allowed us to stay in the room for an additional 2-3 hours since our train was delayed. The receptionist during the day was pleasant and accommodating!
